The latest controversial provision hidden away in the health care bill has been discovered today, according to a sign waved by a protester at a Wasilla, Alaska town hall meeting.
Apparently the provision requires each white American child to face a panel of Boogeymen. Boogeymen will be authorized to snatch the children from their beds if they do not brush their teeth everyday or wash their hands after using the bathroom. Then the children face the Boogeyman Panels, who will decide which of the children to force feed autism-causing immunization medicine. To keep up their strength all firstborn children will automatically be eaten by the Boogeyman, according to some reports.
